I’ve noticed a considerable improvement in the appearance of my skin. I’m not particularly dry or oily, except my T-zone, and these have given my skin a supple and smoother appearance. I would have given these a 5, but I’m not a huge fan of the flavor and texture. I’m willing to look past both though due to the amazing results I’ve seen.

I’ve also seen a slight diminishing of fine lines and wrinkles under my eyes. I can’t wait to see how my skin looks after 2 more weeks. The one thing I didn’t care for was the taste.
